I recently spent a delightful Christmas at Summer Sands in Durban, and while there were a few hiccups-like my expected three-bedroom apartment turning out to be a two-bedroom-the location truly made up for it! Nestled close to Durban's ICC and the beach, it was the perfect launchpad for our mini adventures. The apartment itself was neat and surprisingly cozy, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room where we enjoyed movie nights with the flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was a bonus; we definitely took advantage of that happy hour for some refreshing cocktails! If you're looking for convenience and a touch of holiday cheer, Summer Sands is worth considering, even if the specifics don't line up perfectly.
